Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order in which flowers are received. Depending on the state of your flowers (are they already dried, or is drying needed) processing can take 6-8 weeks or more, depending on the time of year. Each piece is custom designed and we take great care in ensuring you receive a quality product, so this process is not rushed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.00. Orders of $50.00 or more will receive free shipping. Delivery times may vary, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Local pickup can also be arranged for those within the Highland, Illinois area. Please note, if you select Local Pickup but are unable to pick up your items, you will be required to pay any shipping fees before shipping occurs.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier availability may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it, you should submit an inquiry with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Due to the unique nature of our products, all items are custom created using your memorial flowers, making each piece completely one-of-a-kind.
Because of this personalized process, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been completed. Each item is specially made and cannot be reproduced or resold.

We appreciate your understanding that this policy allows us to carefully preserve and create meaningful keepsakes from your flowers.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We want you to be happy with your keepsake and will do our best to help resolve any concerns.
