Why I Preserve Flowers

Hi, I'm Mallory—the hands behind The Flower Preserve.

I'm a wife, a mama to four, and happiest when my hands are busy—tending our little farm, growing flowers in the garden, and creating something beautiful with blooms. Whether I'm preserving flowers from a memorial service or a cherished bouquet from a special celebration, I believe every arrangement tells a story worth holding onto.

The Flower Preserve was born from a deeply personal experience. After my Grandma unexpectedly passed away, I preserved flowers from her funeral as a way to keep a tangible piece of her close. That simple act of remembrance became something much bigger. It showed me how meaningful it can be to transform flowers from life's most important moments into lasting keepsakes.

Today, I specialize in memorial flower preservation, creating handcrafted jewelry and keepsakes that honor the lives, love, and memories behind each bloom. While memorial work is where my heart feels most called, I'm also honored to create keepsakes from any bouquet that holds meaning, including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and other meaningful occasions.

My small flower garden still grows on land that once belonged to my grandparents—a daily reminder of where this journey began. That connection to family, memory, and the beauty of flowers continues to inspire every piece I create.

I know the flowers you entrust to me are more than petals and stems. They represent a person, a celebration, a goodbye, or a moment you'll never experience again. Every keepsake is handcrafted with patience, care, and deep respect for the story it carries.

Thank you for being here. It would be an honor to preserve your flowers and help you hold onto the memories they represent for years to come.
